Planning guide
Landing Page vs Website for a Small Business
Choose between a focused campaign landing page and a multi-page business website based on your offer, content and visitor needs.
Choose a landing page for one focused offer.
A landing page is a good starting point when you want to explain one service, launch or campaign and ask visitors to take one main action. That might be sending an enquiry or joining a mailing list. Keep the offer, supporting evidence and next step easy to understand.
Choose a website when visitors need several paths.
A business website is more suitable when you have several services, detailed project examples or information for different audiences. Separate pages can answer different questions and give each service enough space. A site still needs clear priorities; adding pages alone does not make it effective.
Compare deliverables, not just the headline price.
Our minimum landing page package starts at $499 and the business website package at $999. Review the exact page count, form functionality, revision limits and content responsibilities. Paid integrations, hosting and ongoing support can affect the overall cost.
Think about where visitors come from.
A visitor arriving from a specific campaign needs an immediate answer about that offer. Someone researching your company may need service descriptions, examples and contact information. Use the page structure that makes those tasks easier; neither format guarantees sales or a Google ranking.
Plan how enquiries will be handled.
Agree on the information a form should collect, where requests are delivered and who responds. Test the full path on a phone before launch. A useful brief states the offer, target audience, required content and the action you want visitors to take.
