Scope boundaries and separate costs
- Audio hosting, transcription, production, automatic RSS imports and membership are separate.
- The episode count and publishing workflow are fixed in the proposal.
What we need to start
Send your current website, intended audience, required content and one example of the workflow. We confirm the page types, data, access requirements and responsibilities in a written proposal. Acceptance criteria, revisions and launch arrangements are agreed before development.
Will you host the audio?
The starter scope links to or embeds an existing podcast host. Audio storage and delivery are separate services.
Can new episodes appear automatically?
An RSS import can be added after checking the feed fields, hosting permissions and handling of updates.
